1. Scope of Quotations & Estimates
Online solar calculator estimates and initial quotation requests submitted via this website are non-binding budgetary estimates. Official commercial quotations are finalized following an engineering site survey to inspect roof load-bearing capacity, azimuth orientation, shading, and existing electrical wiring.
2. PM Surya Ghar Yojana & Government Subsidies
Shanti Solar & Electricals assists eligible residential consumers in submitting documentation for central financial assistance under the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana. Subsidy disbursement is subject to Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) and respective DISCOM verification and approval.
3. Payment Terms & Milestone Invoicing
Project execution is scheduled upon contract signing and milestone payments (booking advance, dispatch confirmation, commissioning). Invoices include applicable GST as per Indian taxation standards.
4. Jurisdiction
All agreements and transactions are governed under Indian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan.
